I at at more or less the usual times but had buns and sugary things on hand to munch on at any time. Def. ate more than usual.</description>

		<description>I currently have the luxury of flexible working hours and my work 1km from my home. Unfortunately my work will move early this year. So maybe now is the best time to try for naps during the day, while I still have the option of going home and coming back multiple times.

Then of course come the questions of when (and what and how much) you eat...</description>
