Objection, your honour #2

Blogging this for Adelaide for Jodie’s brother’s wedding tomorrow! enjoying being back in the homeland
After my first “objection your honour” this one is a little more trivial, so feel free to leave a trivial answer!! If you missed the first one, click above and join the discussion if you wish.
So this week:
the scenario is…eating a packet of chips at a bus stop when somone sits down next to you. They look pleasant enough and not too threatening. They also cast a glance or two in the direction of your pack of chips as though thinking ‘If only i had been as forwad thinking as this well fed traveller’. You are about to offer them a chip.
The objection is… well where do i start? flagrantly ignoring social customs, the potential spread of swine flu, it might be mistaken for flirting (or depending on your situation, my not be recieved as effective flirting
…you cant just go sharing chips with strangers at the bus stop!
What do you say, your honours? sustained or overruled?
