Pasta goodness
I’ve always enjoyed cooking, and one of the weekly staples for us is pasta. I go for variety when I cook…which sometimes works, sometimes not. Jodie is polite about it!
I’m thinking home-made fettuccine with chicken, avo, baby spinach in a light cream sauce tonight.
What is your fave pasta topping/combo?? give me some ideas…
p.s. never use IKEA pasta. I think they use the left-over packaging to make it.

Hey Reubs…
Yeah making your own pasta is good fun hey. I want to try making skid ink pasta one day, but boy will that be messy.
Mum does anchovy pasta. Just cooks some good pasta, grabs a can of anchovies, stirs them through the pasta, a pit of olive oil and parsley and done! It’s the easiest and quickest dinner in the world and actually does taste really good.
